Popular content creator director Trevor recently penned in his Instagram stories about an experience he had working with Bien’s team and it’s winning over hearts online.Kenyan artist Bien is gaining admiration for his professionalism and adherence to ethical practice in the entertainment industry.
Bien approached Trevor a few months ago to ask that Gen Z Goliath, better known as Bradley, make an appearance in an impending music video. Trevor, Gen Z Goliath’s manager felt so privileged to be offered that he provided the appearance for free. But Bien politely declined the free offer and demanded due compensation, directing Trevor to his management for formal booking. He shared, ”A few months ago, he called and asked if Gen Z Goliath could appear in his music video. I agreed immediately and even offered to do it for free, but Bien insisted on paying and referred me to his management.
Bien’s team worked in professionalism and asked for Bradley’s rate card and reserved a shoot for two days in Kakamega. They went as far as to include logistics fees in the contract. On payment of the total amount, Bradley and his personal assistant were flown out for the shoot, an experience that saw a highlight of Bradley welcoming Bien and Bien’s mother at Bien’s residence.
What stands out most is that all this effort and cost including fuel for an LX570 Petrol, travel expenses, and full accommodation was for a mere two-second appearance in the final video.Trevor expressed his deep admiration, writing:“Now the video is out – and I’m amazed that Bien paid all that just for Bradley’s 2-second appearance! If you noticed, Bradley traveled in an LX570 Petrol, and they spent A lot on fuel and accommodation alone Fully Covered By Bien. Bien truly invests in his craft.
