Kenyan socialite and fitness enthusiast Corazon Kwamboka has revealed a simple, efficient, and affordable meal plan designed to help Kenyans eat well without going broke or staying in the kitchen for hours on end.
The two-mom in her latest Instagram story said she developed a convenient plan that has only three proteins, three starches, and simple veggies to make that one can mix and match during the week. The plan is supposed to make healthy eating easy and meal prep stress-free, says her.
“So here’s my super simple meal plan. Just 3 proteins, 3 starches, and plain veggies that you can use interchangeably all week long. Nothing fancy, nothing fussy you can prep the whole shebang in under 3 hours!” she wrote.
Corazon made a surprise announcement that she will be offering the meal plan for free to her viewers for one week. From the following week, however, the general plan will be at a fee of KSh 400, with an optional add-on for those who want the plans tailored and referred to nutritionists.
”From next week, however, the standard meal plan will be KSh 400, and if you would like a customized one, I will refer you to a nutritionist since I don’t want to pose as one,” she added with a smiley.
She explained that her plan is simple, effective, and Kenyan, and hopes to promote realistic and sustainable health eating habits.
“It actually works. You’ll stay full, no restrictions,” Corazon assured her followers.
Corazon has been open about her fitness and body transformation journey, often sharing her progress and wellness tips online. Her new initiative blends her passion for health and self-care with a practical solution for fans looking to improve their eating habits affordably.
