ICT Cabinet Secretary (CS) nominee William Kabogo has disclosed that he is worth KSh 3.01 billion.
During his vetting by the National Assembly Committee on Appointments chaired by Speaker Moses Wetang’ula, Kabogo broke down his wealth according to various categories.
First, the former Kiambu governor said his residential assets are worth KSh 700 million.
The CS nominee highlighted that his movable assets are worth about KSh 40 million, while his land and farm assets are worth KSh 756 million.
Kabogo further said his cash and current assets are worth about KSh 64 million, while his shares and interests are worth about KSh 1.5 billion.
Questioned whether he has a chopper, Kabogo said he used to have it but sold it after he could not fly it anymore.
