The late former ODM leader and Prime Minister Raila Odinga’s sister, Beryl Achieng, is dead.
Achieng died on Tuesday, November 25, while undergoing treatment at a Nairobi hospital.
Her sister, Ruth Odinga, took to social media to announce her passing, and while eulogising her, the MP expressed gratitude for the moments they shared.
"While we are deeply saddened by her demise and the immense void left in our lives, we take solace in the belief that she is safe in the Lord's arms and are thankful for the invaluable gift of the time we were privileged to share with her and for the profound impact she had on all who knew her," said Ruth.Achieng died slightly over a month after her brother, Raila, who died while receiving treatment in India.
