Kenyan musician Bahati has finally shared the results of a DNA test conducted to determine whether a woman who claimed to be his mother was telling the truth.
The test results confirmed that Judith Makokha is not the singer’s biological mother, ending weeks of speculation that followed her emotional claim. Makokha had earlier alleged that she abandoned the musician as a baby due to financial hardship, prompting Bahati to seek scientific confirmation.
According to the results, the probability of maternity was recorded at 0%, indicating that Makokha and the singer share no biological relationship.
The revelation was made in an emotional video session where both parties were present to receive the outcome. After the results were read, Makokha broke down in tears, expressing confusion about what might have happened to the child she believes she lost years ago.
Despite the disappointing outcome, Bahati said he would not abandon the woman and pledged to help her search for her missing child.
