Prominent Kenyan politician and youth leader Babu Owino shared his reflections on Instagram after attending the RHEMA FEAST prayer rally something he stated was so much more than a prayer rally. “People from all walks of life… lifting their voices for not protest, but prayer,” he went on, highlighting the passionate yet peaceful spirit that defined the event.
Most moving, he said, was to witness people unburden themselves emotionally laying down their struggles, hopes, and fears in a communal moment of healing.
“It reminded me that prayer is not just something religious; it’s something human. It’s how we deal, how we hope, and how we heal.”
Babu Owino urged his followers not to let the inspiration from such events disappear, but to carry over the spirit to their lives by living more, serving more, and living meaningfully.
