Popular photographer and TikTok personality Baba Talisha has revealed that he has moved on and found love again, nearly five years after the tragic loss of his wife, Milka Faustina.
Milka, fondly known online as Mama Talisha, passed away on August 15, 2020, in a devastating road accident on the Thika Superhighway. The crash occurred after their vehicle collided with a stationary car that had been carelessly parked by the roadside. The impact not only claimed Milka’s life but also left their daughter, Talisha, hospitalised with life-altering injuries.
In a recent interview with Kameme FM, Baba Talisha candidly shared that he has finally found happiness again. “I’m very okay now. I’m dating and I’m happy,” he said. “She’s from Nyeri. She’s a good woman—not a singer, not a socialite, and not a public figure.”
Rumours had previously linked Baba Talisha to fellow TikToker Hannah Bentah, sparking widespread speculation online. However, he was quick to dismiss the gossip and criticised the tendency of netizens to jump to conclusions.
“People need to stop forcing things,” he said firmly. “Just because I wear a red shirt and meet two ladies in red doesn’t mean they’re my girlfriends. As a Luhya man, I don’t like being pressured into things.”
