An aviation student has sustained injuries after a light aircraft operated by West Rift Aviation crashed into Nairobi National Park.
Confirming the accident, Kenya Civil Aviation Authority (KCAA) said the aircraft, a Cessna 152, registration number 5Y-PSJ / 15283169, had two people on board, including the injured student.
Immediately after the Thursday crash, a rescue team was dispatched to the scene and retrieved the two from the wreckage.
The injured student was rushed to the hospital for treatment.
