It will a busy weekend in stadiums as the Football Kenya Federation (FKF) Premier League returns this afternoon with eight matches on cards.
It is also the weekend Kenya Police FC and Gor Mahia are playing against Egyptian teams Zamalek SC and Al Ahly FC in CAF Champions League.
FKF Premier League 2024/25 season took a three-week break immediately after match day one in August.
The season opener today will feature five matches across various stadiums.
At the Kenyatta Stadium in Machakos, Sofapaka will face FC Talanta.
Police Sacco Stadium will host Nairobi Stars versus Bidco United in the afternoon and later match between Kariobangi Sharks and Tusker.

Murang’a Seal will battle it out with KCB and Sportpesa Arena.
Sofapaka started the league with a 1-0 defeat by Tusker while Bidco drew 1-1 against Shabana FC.
Sharks started the season with a barren daw against the bankers while Murang’a Seal were beaten 1-0 by Ulinzi Stars in the opener match.
Tomorrow Kakamega Homeboyz will play against Mathare United at Mumias Sports Complex.
Bandari will battle against Mara Sugar at Mombasa Sports Club as AFC Leopards take on Posta Rangers at Dandora Stadium.
