A woman identified as Monica Nyambura has been discovered dead in her rented apartment in the Mwihoko area of Guthurai 45 in Kiambu County.
It is reported that a foul smell started emanating from her house, and when it persisted, her neighbours broke into her house, having not seen her for days.
It was then that her decomposing body was discovered on her bed, fully naked. Eyewitnesses claimed the body had cuts and bruises.
Nyambura reportedly worked as a club waitress and offered massage services in her house.
