Cabinet Secretary for Water, Sanitation and Irrigation, Eng. Eric Mugaa, has held a meeting with youth and student leaders at Maji House in Nairobi, emphasizing the important role young people play in Kenya’s development.

CS Mugaa said true leadership involves listening, guiding, and creating opportunities for the next generation to contribute meaningfully. He stressed that youth should not only benefit from national projects but actively help shape them.

The discussion focused on the water, sanitation, and irrigation sectors, with students and youth leaders sharing ideas on innovative solutions and the importance of inclusive governance in tackling the country’s challenges.
