Amber Ray Defends Kennedy Rapudo Amidst Money Laundering Allegations
Kenyan socialite Amber Ray has addressed the ongoing money laundering rumors surrounding her partner, Kennedy Rapudo, revealing the true nature of his income. In an online interview, Amber explained that Rapudo works with a travel company based in the Netherlands.
“He works with Dutch people. He has a partner who helps bring visitors from the Netherlands to Africa, which explains our frequent travels,” Amber said.
She also clarified the lack of social media presence for the company, stating that their target audience is not in Kenya. “People often ask why he doesn’t advertise the business online. The tours are different, and we don’t need to promote them here,” Amber explained.
Amber strongly defended Rapudo against accusations of being involved in money laundering. “When people can’t figure you out, they make up stories to damage your reputation. My husband is not involved in any ‘wash wash’ business. He runs a legitimate operation,” she added.
