Former Nairobi Governor Mike Sonko, known for his flamboyant personality, is once again making headlines—this time from the skies.
In a series of videos shared during his current world tour, Sonko was seen playfully urging a flight attendant to give him a massage, repeatedly using the phrase “Unipige masagiree.”
The cabin crew member, who appeared cheerful and accommodating, was seen serving the ex-governor his preferred drink—Hennessy—described by Sonko as smooth, rich, complex, and fruity with a hint of vanilla.
Even as the flight attendant prepared his bed for the long-haul journey to Frankfurt, Germany, Sonko kept his camera rolling, continuing to flirt and entertain his online audience with his trademark charm.
Though it’s unclear whether the massage ever happened, the video ends with the flight attendant smiling as she exits, leaving Sonko to rest.
At one point in the video, Sonko confidently remarked that “kamekubali”—suggesting his request was well received.
True to his larger-than-life persona, Sonko, who often goes by the alias Kabumba Blaow, also issued a cryptic warning to unnamed individuals, hinting at possible drama upon his return.
“Traveling is therapy that can heal all pain. Nikirudi, they will regret knowing me,” he declared.
Whether a joke or a veiled threat, the message was clear: anyone who’s crossed paths negatively with the former governor might want to brace for impact.
