Tusker FC boosted their chances of reclaiming the FKF Kenya Premier League title with a 2-1 victory over defending champions Gor Mahia FC on Sunday evening.
Ryan Ogam put the hosts ahead in the 50th minute, but Gor Mahia equalized in the 69th minute through Austine Adhiambo.
However, Ogam’s second goal in the 94th minute secured all three points for the Brewers.
With the win, Tusker FC remains at the top of the table with 33 points from 17 matches, three points ahead of second-placed Police FC, who also triumphed 1-0 away to Murang’a Seal.
