Celebrity city lawyer Steve Ogolla has broken his silence as speculation about his marriage to digital content creator Jewel gains new interest.Writing on his Facebook page, Ogolla acknowledged the “renewed interest, rumours and gossip” about his marriage, which has been topping social media headlines for the last couple of weeks.
Ogolla reminded the public that his wedding to Jewel was a “colourful ceremony full of love and promise,” but indicated that he would not be engaging in gossip or speculation about its current state.
“As a rational thinker, I am not permitted, by the rules of decency and common courtesy, to comment substantively on the fate of that marriage,” he stated.
He went on to say that he has not talked to anybody to comment on his behalf about the situation. He also distanced himself from any claims or rumors being made on social media, saying that he has not given “facts or tea” for the sake of forwarding social media agendas.
This follows months of social media rumors of cracks in the high-profile marriage, which previously has been in the limelight for lavish celebrations.
