Senate Speaker Amason Kingi on Sunday, November 16, led a widows’ empowerment event in Malava Constituency.
During the event, Kingi drummed up support for the UDA Malava candidate David Ndakwa ahead of the November 29 by-election.
He noted that the aspirant has been consistently advocating for the widows’ rights as well as youth, women and the elderly.
Kingi was accompanied by Bungoma County Governor Ken Lusaka and President William Ruto’s PA Farouk Kibet.
They were hosted by Manda Shivanga ward MCA David Kivishi.
