Police have arrested a robbery suspect and recovered several stolen mobile phones during an operation in Karanja, Kibra, Nairobi County.
The suspect was arrested on Saturday, October 10, 2026 by officers from the Kilimani Sub-County command.
According to National Police Service, the suspect is allegedly involved in a string of criminal activities within Nairobi West Sub-Region, where residents have been facing security threats.
During operation, officers recovered several mobile phones believed to havd been stolen. Police said skme of the recovered phones have been positively identified by their rightful owners owners
After his apprehension, the suspect was escorted to Kibra Police Station for processing and arraignment in court to be charged.
The National Police Service has reiterated its determination to embark on security operations to flush out all criminal outfits and boost the safety of Kenyans.
