First Lady Rachel Ruto has urged Christians to become ambassadors of God’s Kingdom by demonstrating love, compassion, peace and service in their daily lives.
In a message shared after attending a Sunday service at FEM Family Church, the First Lady said believers have a responsibility to reflect God’s character through their actions, citing Matthew 6:10, which reads: “Your kingdom come, Your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.”
She noted that every act of kindness and service to others contributes to making God’s presence known on earth.
“This powerful prayer is also a calling. Every act of genuine love, every choice to show compassion, every effort to pursue peace, and every opportunity to serve others brings a glimpse of God’s Kingdom here on earth. As followers of Christ, we are called to reflect His character and make His presence known through the way we live,” Rachel Ruto said.
During the church service, the First Lady also witnessed the dedication of the Ezra Center, describing the occasion as a significant moment for the faith community.
As Kenyans begin a new week, Rachel Ruto prayed for God’s guidance and blessings upon the nation and its people.
“May God’s blessings be with you as we begin a new week,” she added.
