President William Ruto on Monday hosted Kenya Police FC and Kenya Police Bullets FC at State House for a special breakfast in recognition of their stellar performances on the pitch.
Commending the players for their resilience and discipline, President Ruto praised their ability to balance demanding police duties with sporting excellence.
He also applauded the leadership behind the teams, including Interior PS Dr. Raymond Omollo and Inspector General Douglas Kanja, for fostering a winning culture.
Ruto assured the teams of continued government support in logistics, infrastructure, and talent development, while calling on the private sector to boost investment in sports.
The event was attended by senior government officials and police leadership, including Sports CS Salim Mvurya and DCI Director Mohamed Amin.
