Police Constable James Mukhwana of Central Police Station has been arrested in connection with the murder of Albert Ojwang.
The arrest was executed today by officers from the Internal Affairs Unit (IAU) and the Independent Policing Oversight Authority (IPOA).
The suspect is currently being held at Capitol Hill Police Station.
According to an official communication from Capitol Hill Police Station, PC Mukhwana is to be charged with the murder of Albert Ojwang.
