Former Kiambu governor William Kabogo has been sworn in as Cabinet Secretary in the ministry of ICT .
He as sworn in by president William Ruto at State house Nairobi alongside Mutahi Kagwe as Agriculture CS, Lee Kinyanjui as Trade and Industry CS.
