Heavy rainfall has impacted several regions across Kenya, including the Coastal area, Central regions such as Nairobi, the Western Highlands, Rift Valley, Lake Victoria Basin, South-eastern lowlands, and the North-eastern regions.
Since the start of the March-April-May (MAM) rains, several counties have experienced significant impacts, including household disruptions, displacement of people, the creation of displacement camps, flooded arable land, damaged businesses, and livestock fatalities.
