Members of the National Assembly in the company of the Clerk, Mr. Samuel Njoroge have taken part in the Roan Antelope 2025 Half Marathon.

Legislators assembled by 6.30am for warm-up sessions before proceeding to the starting line.

Female and Male MPs took part in 10km and 5km professional races, which were flagged off in staggered starts to accommodate different categories of participants.

Homabay Town MP, Hon. George Kaluma, and Kacheliba MP Hon. Titus Lotee took early leads in their races, positioning themselves for the award-winning session.

The event held at Ruma National Park, famed as the only Sanctuary for the endangered roan antelope offered participants and visitors a glimpse of Kenya’s unique wildlife while promoting the country’s sporting activities.
