Kenyan artist and reality TV personality Bahati came back at gospel artist Pastor T in a furious rant after the pastor reportedly mentioned his children during a recent sermon.
In a viral video online, Bahati, who was clearly angry, vented at Pastor T for what he called “hypocrisy and disrespect,” claiming he was smoking but still singing gospel music and ministering.
“Wewe Pastor T, umekuwa ukivuta sigara bado ukiimba gospel na ukihubiria watu,” Bahati fumed. “Usitaje watoto wangu kwa upuzi kwa sababu unataka neno iingie. Tumia Biblia vizuri!”
The Mama hitmaker was not tolerant, insisting that no one has the right to discuss his children or their destiny.
“Ni Mungu pekee anajua destiny ya watoto wangu, sio wewe. Kumbaff!” he hurled in abruptly.
The outburst has stirred intense debate online, with fans split between defending Bahati’s reaction and urging him to handle the matter more calmly. Others questioned Pastor T’s conduct, arguing that gospel leaders should avoid personal attacks in their ministry.Neither Pastor T nor his representatives have publicly responded to Bahati’s remarks as of now.
