Kenyan TV personality Morara Kebaso has put social media into a buzz after challenging married couples with successful marriages to come forward and share their stories in an attempt to inspire others.
In an emotional post, Morara noted that social media is typically full of negativity about relationships, with video after video labeling marriage as a failure. He added that this gives a different view to the young people who are placing their faith in God as spouses but witness nothing but doom and gloom once they go online.
“Those whose marriages are working, hold your peace. How will young couples waiting on God to find a spouse hear that marriage can happen? If you have left the social media to negative energies alone, you are concealing what the Lord is doing in your lives,” he added.
Morara also highlighted the importance of being a testimony, that couple who are thriving should not hesitate to show it. He went further to say that one needs positivity so desperately in the cyberspace to counteract the constant parade of scandals, dramas, and heartbreak tales.
