Kenyan comedian Francis Munyao, popularly known as MCA Tricky, officially received a Certificate of Registration from the Engineers Board of Kenya (EBK) as a registered engineer.
The ceremony held at EBK offices, saw Tricky receive his certificate from the board officials, with Tricky sharing the achievement on social media platform.
“Its great honor to receive my Engineers Board of Kenya (EBK) Certificate of Registration. I am grateful to CPA Tony Kibet, Manager Communication Ruth Kwamboka and Senior Officer Mr. Mumo for the warm welcome at your offices. We’re cruising nicely,” Tricky wrote.

MCA Tricky captured national attention on a television program Churchill Show, with his performances and humor. In June 2020, he joined Mediamax as a presenter before announcing his departure in June 2026 to pursue engineering full-time.
In 2019, he graduated with a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from Kenyatta University, later advancing his studies in Mechatronics Engineering at Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT).
MCA Tricky is now both a celebrated entertainer and a licensed engineer, embodying the idea of creative and technical fields simultaneously.
