In a notice issued on Thursday, February 5, KNEC said the certificates cover candidates who sat for the March, July and November 2024 examinations and took business and technical courses under the TVET programme.

The examination council added that any issues or questions regarding the certificates must be submitted in writing through the heads of institutions.
Candidates and institutions can also raise their concerns online through the Query Management Information System (QMIS) available on the KNEC website.
KNEC noted that all queries must be submitted within 60 days from the date the certificates were released.
Any query received after June 30, 2026, will attract a fee of Ksh5,000, the council warned.
