Siaya Governor James Orengo’s daughter, Zenani Orengo, has married Justin Wanyoike in a wedding ceremony attended by family, friends and several political figures.
Zenani and Wanyoike exchanged vows on Saturday, September 12, 2026, marking a major family milestone for the veteran politician and his wife, Betty Murungi.
Among those who joined the celebrations was Embakasi East MP Babu Owino, who shared photos from the ceremony and congratulated the newlyweds.
“Today, we joined my senior, Governor James Orengo, for the wedding of his daughter, Zenani Orengo, and Justin Wanyoike,” Babu said.
He wished the couple a lifetime of love, happiness and God’s blessings as they began their married life.
Photos shared from the ceremony showed Orengo walking with his daughter and later joining guests during the celebrations.
The wedding brought together members of the Orengo family and their friends for the occasion, with the presence of political figures adding a public dimension to the private family event.
The ceremony comes at a politically active period for Orengo, who has remained involved in opposition politics and the emerging Linda Mwananchi movement ahead of the 2027 General Election.
For the day, however, the focus was on his daughter as Zenani and Wanyoike began a new chapter of their lives together.
