Global luxury watch retailer TimeVallée has entered the Kenyan market with the opening of a boutique at GTC Mall in Westlands, Nairobi, bringing several internationally recognised watch brands under one roof.
The boutique, unveiled on October 19, 2026, is located on the mall’s third floor and occupies more than 300 square metres. It was established in partnership with Art of Luxury, a Kenyan luxury retailer.
According to TimeVallée, the outlet is Kenya’s first luxury multi-brand watch boutique, offering customers access to collections from some of the world’s leading watchmakers in one location.
The store features brands including Cartier, Bvlgari, Hublot, TAG Heuer, IWC Schaffhausen, Jaeger-LeCoultre, Panerai, Roger Dubuis, Zenith and Baume & Mercier.
The opening marks TimeVallée’s entry into Kenya as it expands its international presence through partnerships with local retailers.
“TimeVallée once again demonstrates its ability to deploy a unique luxury retail concept internationally,” said Hélène Maslin, the company’s chief executive officer.
“We are thrilled to have partnered with Art of Luxury, a trusted partner who shares our vision of serving local clientele with more than a boutique, a watchmaking journey guided by a passionate sales team,” she added.
Art of Luxury Director Mahesh Shahani said the partnership would expand the company’s luxury offering in Nairobi.
“Partnering with TimeVallée allows Art of Luxury to expand its luxury offering and to bring world-class horology to Nairobi’s vibrant community,” Shahani said.
He added that the company aimed to provide an elevated shopping experience reflecting the city’s taste for luxury products.
The boutique features an open-plan layout designed to allow customers to explore the different watch collections. It also includes a private lounge known as Le Salon, where customers can receive a more personalised introduction to fine watchmaking.
TimeVallée said the store’s design incorporates its signature features, including a watchband-inspired marquee and golden tubes set against champagne-coloured finishes.
The company was established in Switzerland in 2014 and operates through strategic partners in more than 50 boutiques worldwide, according to its corporate profile.
Its Nairobi outlet joins a network of international locations serving customers interested in luxury watches and specialist retail services.
GTC Mall, located in Westlands along Chiromo Road, forms part of the Nairobi Global Trade Centre, a mixed-use development that includes commercial offices, residential facilities and hospitality services.
The new boutique gives customers in Kenya access to several international watch brands through a single retail destination. However, the companies have not disclosed the investment value of the outlet or the number of jobs created by the opening.
