Kenyan comedian and activist Eric Omondi has publicly condemned remarks made by Andy Deh, son of veteran MC Fullstop about endometriosis.
Speaking during an episode of the Chizi Podcast, Andy claimed that endometriosis is caused by emergency contraceptive pills, a statement that quickly ignited outrage across social media.

Eric Omondi was among the people to condemn Andy’s remarks, calling for action and insisting endometriosis is a serious condition that should never be trivialized for “clicks and views.”
“Endometriosis is a MONSTER that has claimed the lives of so many of our sisters, mothers and wives. To joke about it for the sake of clicks and views cannot be forgiven. Huyu by kesho asubui atakuwa kortini aki regret this moment,” Omondi said.
He went further arguing such misinformation about painful condition is dangerous and disrespectful. He also stated he wants Andy to serve as an example to others who might spread harmful myths.
As Kenyans grapple with misinformation in digital spaces, Eric Omondi has stood firm to fight against endometriosis stigma, as it has become part of his broader mission to use his platform for social change.
