Deputy President Kithure Kindiki on Thursday met Members of Parliament and other elected leaders from the North Rift region to review the past year’s achievements and set priorities for 2026.

The meeting followed a State Dinner and the 2025/2026 Crossover Concert held on Wednesday night, which brought together political leaders and stakeholders from across the region.

“This morning, met MPs and other elected leaders from the North Rift who had attended the State Dinner and the 2025/2026 Crossover Concert last night.,’he said.

During the engagement, DP Kindiki reflected on the challenges and successes of 2025 and discussed strategies to address key development needs for the residents of the North Rift in the new year.

The discussions focused on improving service delivery, boosting economic opportunities, and advancing development initiatives tailored to the region’s unique priorities.

The Deputy President’s meeting underscores the government’s commitment to close collaboration with regional leaders to ensure that national and local development plans translate into tangible benefits for communities.
