The Senior Investigations Officers’ Seminar at the National Criminal Investigations Academy (NCIA) concluded today, bringing together top police commanders from across the country to enhance their investigative skills.
Speaking on behalf of the DCI Director, Head of Forensic Services Ms. Rosemary Kuraru underscored the importance of mentorship and ethical leadership among senior officers. “Leadership transcends mere titles; it encompasses the responsibility to mentor and inspire our junior officers,” she said.
NCIA Commandant Mr. Sospeter Munyi praised participants for their eagerness to learn and adapt to evolving crime trends, calling their dedication vital to tackling modern security challenges.
Also present were Deputy Commandant Mr. Stephen Chacha and other senior trainers from the Academy.
