Mueni, the wife of renowned fashion designer Bolo Bespoke, recently shared insights into their relationship, revealing the challenges they have faced over the years. She disclosed that her husband had been unfaithful on multiple occasions, leading her to leave him several times—only to return each time. Despite the past betrayals, Mueni never strayed and now believes that Bolo has put his cheating days behind him.
Reflecting on their journey, Mueni described marriage as easy because she is married to her best friend. She emphasized that their strong friendship has been the foundation of their long-lasting relationship, allowing them to navigate difficult moments.
“Marriage is easy; it’s not hard. I chose my husband to be my best friend. When love isn’t enough, friendship carries us through. There are moments when you look at your partner, and you’re just frustrated—not because love is gone, but because the infatuation fades. When that happens, friendship keeps us together. We spend every day together, working side by side. If I don’t show up at Bespoke, he immediately notices. We’ve grown so used to each other that we simply cannot live apart,” she said.
