Content creator Baba Talisha is seeking the public’s assistance after losing two of his phones during the just-ended Mataha Festival. The comedian, who has been gaining popularity for his engaging online skits and partnerships with big brands, revealed on Facebook that the stolen devices, an iPhone 15 Pro Max, and a Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra, carried crucial unedited projects and brand-related work.
In the emotional post, Baba Talisha revealed that the theft occurred late in the night, and he suspects that the phones are somewhere in Jamhuri. He also disclosed he called the devices several times before they eventually went off. “The iPhone has a lot of projects mazee plus the Samsung. If you have them kindly, niletee tu nitakulipa. Shida si ata kununua mpya, shida ni hizo kazi ndani ya simu,” he wrote.
The entertainer further clarified why he hasn’t been able to track the phones, explaining that both devices are currently offline. “Those asking why I’m not tracking the phones, I’ve tried but they are all offline so I can’t trace the location. Sasa sijui what I can do,” he added.
In a passionate plea, Baba Talisha announced a Ksh 50,000 reward for anyone who will help him get the phones back. “Meanwhile kama ulikuwa Mataha Festival and you happen to have the phones, kindly reach out to me, 50k for you if I get them back,” he said.
