More than 20 armed suspects raided a home in Kiamuthambi village, Kirinyaga Central, and dismantled a Lexus worth about KSh35 million during a night robbery.
According to reports, The gang reportedly arrived in two vehicles shortly after midnight, overpowered and tied up a watchman before gaining access to the house.
They allegedly sprayed an unknown substance inside a bedroom, leaving occupants unconscious.
The suspects then spent several hours, between midnight and about 4am, stripping the luxury vehicle of key spare parts.
The victims only regained consciousness later in hospital around 9am.
