Social media personality Andrew Tate is once again in the spotlight, facing a fresh lawsuit from his ex-girlfriend, Brianna Stern, who has accused him of sexual assault, battery, and gender-based violence. The case, filed in Los Angeles, outlines disturbing allegations of emotional and physical abuse throughout their relationship.
Stern describes how Tate initially appeared to be the perfect partner, only for the relationship to take a dark turn. The lawsuit details an alleged violent incident on March 11 at The Beverly Hills Hotel, where she claims he assaulted and threatened her.
Tate’s legal team has dismissed the allegations outright. His attorney, Joseph McBride, called the lawsuit a “blatant cash grab” and accused Stern of seeking financial gain and publicity. “Andrew’s team is fully prepared to defend him in court, where the truth will expose this baseless scheme,” McBride told the BBC.
McBride also took aim at Stern’s attorney, Tony Buzbee, who is representing multiple women in separate sexual assault cases against music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs. He labeled Buzbee a “lowlife bottom feeder” in his response to the lawsuit.
Tate remains entangled in various legal battles worldwide. In 2022, he and his brother Tristan were arrested in Romania on charges related to forming a criminal organization, with Andrew also facing rape accusations in the country. Additionally, both brothers have been accused of sexual misconduct in the U.S. and the UK, although neither has been convicted.
Stern’s lawsuit alleges that Tate manipulated and groomed her, beginning when they first met in Romania, where she had traveled for a modeling assignment in the summer of 2024. According to her claims, Tate assured her she wouldn’t need to work if they were together, presenting himself as a provider. However, she says his demeanor quickly changed to one of control and verbal degradation.
She alleges that Tate referred to her as his “property” and regularly belittled her, calling her an “idiot” and other derogatory names. The most s
