Mixing concern and laughter, Kenyan musician and entrepreneur Akothee has again shared her latest health scare with her fans in a funny post on Instagram.The self-proclaimed “President of Single Mothers” revealed to media that she fainted just moments after being discharged from the hospital, at which point doctors readmitted her for further care.
In her post, Akothee shared photos from her hospital bed, alongside a light-hearted caption that left her fans in worry as much as in entertainment.
“Home sweet home sweet home The way I showed off on this video. Got discharged and then boom fainted in front of the hospital. You guys are not even ready for anything yet,” she wrote.
She then proceeded to thank two of her fans who came to her rescue, helping her children rush her back to the hospital for readmission.“Thanks to my two fans who collected me & helped my children get me back into the hospital. Once I am on my feet, I will invite you for lunch. Asanteni, Asanteni,” she added.
True to her candid nature, Akothee also joked about her health struggles, saying she suspects menopause might be behind her recent health issues:“I just think menopause is looking for a way to get into my body or it’s scared of me. Why all the wahala? AHH I am tired!”
