More than 200 young men and women from Ol Kalou Constituency have graduated after successfully completing Information and Communication Technology (ICT) courses under the Jitume Programme, marking a major step towards equipping youth with digital skills for employment and entrepreneurship opportunities.

The graduation ceremony held at Ol Kalou Technical and Training Institute (TTI) was attended by UDA Party candidate for the Ol Kalou Constituency by-election, Hon. Samuel Muchina Nyagah, alongside Mrs. Jackie Kiaraho, who joined the graduates in celebrating their achievement.
The programme seeks to bridge the digital skills gap among young people by providing practical training and creating pathways for participation in the growing digital economy.

Hon. Nyagah congratulated the graduates for taking a bold step towards securing their future, urging them to remain focused, resilient and committed as they pursue career and business opportunities.

Mrs. Jackie Kiaraho, wife to the late Hon. David Kiaraho, encouraged the youth and residents of Ol Kalou to embrace opportunities that promote empowerment and sustainable development.

She also highlighted the importance of continuity in development, calling on residents to support the UDA Party candidate in the upcoming July 16 by-election to ensure completion of projects initiated by the late Hon. David Kiaraho and implementation of pending programmes.

The Jitume Programme is part of broader efforts to equip young people with digital competencies, innovation skills and tools needed to thrive in a technology-driven economy.

UDA Party reiterated its commitment to youth empowerment, accessible leadership and a development agenda focused on improving livelihoods and creating new opportunities for communities.
