Check on eCitizen

The first way of checking your driving license progress through NTSA is through the eCitizen website. After logging in, you will be able to check your driving license progress through the NTSA services page.

Use the NTSA Mobile App

This is a good option for people who prefer using their phones.

Check by SMS

If you do not have internet, you can still check using SMS. Just send your ID number to 22846 and you will get a reply showing the status of your application.

You can also call NTSA if you need more help.

Visit NTSA Offices

If you want to talk to someone directly, you can visit any NTSA office. Make sure you carry your ID. Officers will help you check and explain if there is any problem.

The main NTSA office is in Upper Hill and works during normal weekdays.

NTSA is encouraging Kenyans to use these simple methods so they can save time and avoid long queues.
