Ghana Names ‘Russian Man’ Linked to Viral Videos of Women

The mystery surrounding the identity of the man known as the “Russian man” has continued to unfold after the Government of Ghana revealed the true identity of the suspect.

The Government of Ghana revealed the true identity of the suspect by revealing his passport to the public. According to the Ghanaian Government, the suspect known as the “Russian man” is actually Vladislav Luilkov, aged 36 years. This was revealed after the Ghanaian Government and the Russian ambassador to Ghana had a meeting.

The Ghanaian Government was quoted by the local press as saying that they had fruitful talks with the Russian ambassador to Ghana. According to the Ghanaian Government, they presented the information they had gathered about the suspect to the Russian ambassador to Ghana.

“We presented information available to us with relation to Vladislav Luilkov, the Russian national who is alleged to have engaged in non-consensual recording of ladies,” the Ghanaian Minister for Communications, Mr. Sam George, was quoted by local press.

The mystery surrounding the identity of the suspect known as the “Russian man” has attracted the attention of many countries in Africa, including Kenya. This comes after videos emerged online showing the suspect secretly recording his intimate moments with women without their consent. The women involved in the videos are suspected to be from Kenya.

Earlier, the individual was identified as Yaytseslav, described online as a 36-year-old self-proclaimed “pickup artist” from Ulyanovsk, Russia. However, it has since been established that the name, which was widely shared on social media, was false and was used to spread explicit material.

Russian Ambassador to Ghana, Sergei Berdnikov, has also stated that he cannot confirm the nationality of the individual involved in the scandal. “I cannot confirm the information regarding the individual’s nationality. The name mentioned is an internet slang and is considered an abusive word. The authorities are aware of the individual’s activities abroad. Investigations are underway by experts from Russia.”

Regarding the case in Ghana, the government has stated that it is waiting for the individual to leave Russia. This is because the country’s laws do not allow for the extradition and trial of its citizens abroad.

In the case of Kenya, the Directorate of Criminal Investigations has asked victims and witnesses to come forward regarding the case. This is as investigations into the matter are underway. “We are deeply concerned about the circulation of intimate content involving Kenyan women. This is a violation of privacy, dignity, and the law.”

The case has also caused an uproar online, with many people asking for the individual to be held accountable for the violation of women’s privacy.
