Cyd Wambui co-host to Muchina Malomba at Kiss FM Morning Show has reacted to his resignation at the renowned media station. In a long emotional Instagram post, Cyd revealed that her eyes were full of tears following Muchina’s departure. She praised him for been good to her and the entire team. She further wished Malomba a bright future ahead in his new ventures.

After hosting the morning show at Kiss FM, Muchina Malomba announced that he had finally decided to part ways with the station. He revealed that he had achieved his childhood dream of being in the communication space. When I was 11 , I knew who I wanna become when I am older. It was a very clear dream to me.I remember reading pretend news infront of my class and having a vivid vision of what exactly I wanted to pursue in college Communications.
”That was the only option I had.
Okay maybe I thought of being an airhost so that I travel the world or a chef coz kijana nilipenda chakula tangu kitambo. But working in media was a clearer dream.”
Malomba stated quitting one of the biggest station in the country meant letting go of his 20 year old Radio dream. He revealed that the opportunity made him realize several things about himself.
Today as I leave one of the biggest stations in the country,
I am letting go of a 20 year old dream that
i manifested right when I was an 11 year old child.
Ooooo Radio. Radio has made me realize so many things about myself.
Explaining how he got a chance at Kiss FM he stated that he hustled for more than 5 years before the opportunity presented itself. Malomba thought the last HR fooled him when she shared the news about landing a position at KISS FM.
”A dream I hustled for 6 years before Kiss fm gave me a chance.
When I received that call from the Hr that I have gotten the job. I actually told her I don’t have time for pranks, I mean it was the 1st of April- fools day.”
