Kenya Airways has issued an apology to its customers due to disruptions experienced during flight operations on Thursday morning.

“We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused and assure you that we are doing everything possible to minimize the disruption,” the airline stated.

In a notice released on Wednesday, Kenya Airways explained that the delays were related to fuel supply issues at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, which affected morning flight departures.

“The situation has since normalized, and most of our morning flights have now departed,” the statement continued.

The airline also assured passengers that dedicated teams are working diligently to restore the departure and arrival schedule by midday today. “We appreciate your understanding and patience during this time,” KQ added.

In a related development, Jambojet Airlines also apologized to its customers for similar flight disruptions earlier in the day.
