Leaders from Tana River County have pledged full support for President William Ruto’s second term in office citing his development agenda.
Speaking in Oda village during the launch of the new Tarasaa sub-county, Senator Danson Mungatana, said the region had seen real progress under President Ruto’s leadership. “We have witnessed real change under President Ruto’s government, especially in infrastructure, water access, and administrative services. The creation of this sub-county is just one of the many milestones that reflect his dedication to devolved development,” said Mungatana.
He affirmed their commitment to standing by the President, urging citizens to support government initiatives and work with relevant agencies to ensure successful implementation of projects.
Yesterday, Interior and National Administration Cabinet Secretary Kipchumba Murkomen officially opened the new Tarasaa subcounty and a new DCC(Deputy County Commissioner) posted.
