Nominated Nyandarua County MCA Beth Wahito is dead.
Wahito died after being involved in a grisly accident along the Nairobi-Nakuru Highway on Saturday at around 11pm.
The MCA, allied to the UDA party, was hit by a Guardian Angel bus as she attempted to drive across the road at an intersection. She unfortunately died on the spot.
Wahito reportedly was heading home after attending a budget committee meeting in Naivasha when the incident occurred.
Her death was confirmed by Nyandarua County Assembly Speaker Stephen Wachira Waiganjo.
