A middle aged man was found dead in a cell at the Ukwala Police Station in Ugenya constituency after allegedly hanging himself.
According to Ugenya OCPD Laura Imbachira, the man known as Joseph Oteno Oduor or ‘Sande’ was arrested shortly before appearing before the Ukwala law courts charged with raping a five-year-old girl in Bar Achuth.
