President William Ruto has reaffirmed his administration’s commitment to improving infrastructure as a pathway to attracting investment and unlocking regional potential.

Speaking in Narok County on Tuesday, the Head of State launched the construction of the Ngoswani–Morijo Road, a key project expected to enhance access to tourism destinations and boost economic activity in the region.

“We are upgrading our infrastructure to turn our country into a destination of choice for investors,” President Ruto said.

The new road, once completed, will ease transport for both locals and tourists in Narok West, home to key wildlife conservation areas and Maasai cultural heritage sites.

Later in the day, President Ruto presided over the issuance of land title deeds to residents of Enkoireroi-Olderkesi in Narok West Constituency, fulfilling a long-standing land ownership concern in the area.

The President emphasized that secure land tenure was essential for community development, agricultural investment, and peaceful coexistence.

“We are committed to ensuring that every Kenyan has the security of land ownership. It is not just a right, but a foundation for prosperity,” he said.
