American actress Nia Long, has been honored with the 2,857th star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, is recognized her career in acting.
Known for her performances in “Boyz n the Hood” and “Fresh Prince of Bel-Air,” she has brought authenticity and emotional depth to screens.
The Hollywood Chamber of Commerce proudly welcomed Nia to the Hollywood Walk of Fame, with Walk of Fame producer Ana Martinez describing her a talented actress who has brought many unforgettable characters to life, connecting with numerous audiences.
“Nia is such a beloved and talented actress, and we’re so excited to celebrate her incredible career with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. She has brought so many unforgettable characters to life and has connected with audiences for decades. It’s wonderful to see her receive this well-deserved honor,” Ana said.
Nia’s most recent film, released in April 24, 2026, saw her starring in “Michael,” the blockbuster biopic icon Michael Jackson, which scored the top launch ever, becoming the top-grossing film worldwide in the history of Lionsgate.
The film starred Nia as Katherine Jackson, matriarch of the Jackson family, alongside Colman Domingo as Joe Jackson and Jaafar Jackson, Michael Jackson’s nephew, as the music icon.
