Mbeere North MP Geoffrey Ruku has accepted his nomination as Cabinet Secretary for Public Service, Human Capital Development, and Special Programs, following President William Ruto’s endorsement.
Speaking yesterday after accompanying Deputy President Kithure Kindiki on a surprise inspection of the Kanyuambora Irrigation Project in Mbeere North Constituency, Embu County, Ruku expressed that the nomination was a great honour.
He committed to serving with the same dedication and passion he has shown for the people of Mbeere North. Ruku emphasized his strong belief in President Ruto’s development agenda and vowed to work tirelessly to fulfill the promises made to Kenyans.
His constituents have warmly welcomed the nomination, praising him as a leader who prioritizes development and has the welfare of the people at heart.
Ruku’s nomination comes as he is set to replace Justin Muturi, who has recently parted ways with President Ruto.
