Nyali Member of Parliament Mohammed Ali has condemned the Interior Cabinet Secretary Kipchumba Murkomen’s shoot-to-kill directive to police officers.

On Thursday after Gen Z anniversary protest in various parts of Kenya ended up with deaths, injuries, destructions of private and public properties including police stations, an angry Murkomen ordered police to kill protesters nearing the stations.

His utterances were roundly condemned by lawyers, top religious leaders, and human rights activists, who warned it set a dangerous precedent.
