Kenyan businessman and socialite Huddah Monroe gave her fans a glimpse into her organized daily routine, and many were left amazed and motivated. Taking to her Instagram stories, the businesswoman shared a highlight of how her average day goes about now.

Huddah wakes up early in the morning at 5 a.m. to pray, journal, and have breakfast before attending gym at 6:15 a.m. Her exercise is also very diverse, involving one-hour sessions of boxing, padel, pilates or yoga, and swimming lessons. She also manages a 30-minute steam room session that she mentioned was her favorite during the morning.

Her sports activities continue up to noon, then she focuses on social activities. In the afternoon, at 2 p.m., she usually goes out for lunch dates before relaxing at home in the later evening. In the evening, Huddah changes gears once again, wearing formal clothes for dinner dates.

The entrepreneur’s schedule highlights a mixture of social life, health, and discipline. Clearly, Huddah is embracing a self-care and productivity lifestyle.Social media fans were quick to praise her commitment to exercise and health. Others were surprised by the intensity of the routine, however, and joked that her routine was more resort vacation than daily routine.
